QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Frequently asked questions

The practical details before you upload a listing photo.

Is the listing video really free?

Yes. The photo-video tool runs in your browser and exports a silent WebM. It does not use an AI video generation API and requires no staging credit.

What is free for room staging?

Accounts receive three watermarked generations during the signup calendar month and one per later calendar month, subject to shared daily and monthly capacity. Account and network safeguards prevent repeated signup abuse. Free previews do not enroll you in a subscription.

How is my room staged?

ListingProKit creates a staged image using your room photo, furniture style and color direction. An automated check reviews whether the upload looks like a room and compares major structural features after generation.

Can I choose colors or let the model decide?

Yes. “No palette” lets the model choose a color direction. Three color palettes are available in the free preview. A $4 guest image or paid credits unlock more palettes and exact furniture, textile and accent colors.

Will it preserve the room exactly?

That is the goal of the staging instructions, but AI can change architecture or perspective. Always compare the staged result with the original before publishing. Reject a result that adds doors, covers a fireplace or changes fixed property features.

What counts as a generation?

Each completed staged, decluttered or enhanced image uses one generation. One completed set of listing copy also uses one credit. A different look or correction creates another result. Failed requests return the reserved account credit.

Where do my photos go?

Video photos remain in the browser tab unless you also use them for staging or save a project. Room photos sent for staging go to the image provider. Signed-in project photos and generated previews may be stored privately. See our Privacy page.

Can it write MLS and Zillow descriptions?

The listing generator uses up to 40 property photos and your verified facts to make editable MLS, Zillow and social drafts. Each completed package uses one studio credit and includes a separate automated screen for possible Fair Housing language, unsupported claims, and basic MLS formatting risks. Always verify every claim and follow your local MLS and brokerage rules; the screen is not legal or MLS approval.

Can I put a virtually staged photo on an MLS?

Rules depend on the MLS, location and brokerage. Check your own rules, keep the original and disclose the alteration as required. Our MLS image guide is a starting checklist, not a compliance certification.
