CLEAR USAGE
One result, one generation. A completed image uses one credit or one monthly generation. A completed listing-copy package also uses one studio credit. For packs and monthly plans, choosing a new style or correcting an image is another generation. The $4 guest purchase includes three total attempts for the same photo. Requests that fail before a result is saved return the credit; human corrections are not included.
Monthly allowance. The $49.99 plan covers your own or your brokerage's represented listings, up to 100 completed generations per billing month. Unused monthly generations do not roll over. After the monthly allowance, purchased credits can be used; otherwise generation pauses until the next billing month. No resale, bots, bulk pipelines, or shared logins. It does not include AI-generated video.
Review before publishing. The automatic structure check can flag changes to doors, windows, fireplaces, and camera framing, but you must compare the finished image against the original. Paid images include a “Virtually staged” disclosure on export.
