Who can use ListingProKit

You must be at least 18 and authorized to upload and market the property photos you use. Keep account access private. Do not upload unlawful content, private documents, sensitive personal information, or material that infringes another person's rights. Automated abuse, payment manipulation, and attempts to bypass usage limits are prohibited. We may suspend abusive use; unused paid purchases remain subject to applicable law and the refund provisions below.

One photo, packs, and subscriptions

A $4 single-photo purchase is a one-time payment without a subscription or required account. It covers the same uploaded photo with one initial generation plus two corrections (three total processing attempts), including corrections and technical retries. You may change the style and palette between corrections. Earlier purchases that included five attempts keep that allowance. Changing the original photo or exceeding the included attempts requires another purchase. If all attempts fail to produce an image, refund or support handling applies. Guest downloads are available on the purchasing browser for 30 days from purchase. Save the image and receipt; clearing cookies can remove browser access.

The $29.99 pack is a one-time purchase of 25 studio credits. Each completed staged, decluttered, destaged or enhanced image—or one completed listing-copy package—spends one credit. Purchased pack credits do not expire while the service operates. Cloud account features require sign-in. The price shown at checkout controls your purchase; older subscribers keep their existing price and allowance unless they explicitly change plans.

Studio monthly costs $49.99 and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Each paid billing period includes 100 studio uses. Unused monthly uses do not roll over. A use is one completed image or one completed listing-copy package. A new completed version uses another credit. Purchased pack credits can be used after the monthly allowance. One person may use an account for properties they represent; shared logins and resale pipelines require a separate agreement.

Cancellation

Cancel online in My projects using Manage subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. If the portal is unavailable, submit a cancellation request promptly and keep the request reference. Cancellation itself does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Applicable refund and cancellation rights still apply.

Failures and refunds

Paid account credits are returned when a request fails before its result is saved. A saved result can be reopened without buying it again. To limit repeated provider failures, paid accounts may retry up to three failed jobs per UTC day and ten per UTC month; contact support if a service problem prevents you from using purchased credits. If every included guest processing attempt fails—three attempts for current purchases, or five for an earlier purchase that promised five—we attempt to refund the $4 payment. If that cannot complete, use support with your receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method, and the payment provider controls posting time.

For a material problem, duplicate charge, missing purchase, or output that changes the property's architecture, contact support with the receipt and affected image reference. We review the issue and may provide a correction credit, restore an undelivered purchase, or refund an undeliverable purchase. Style preference changes are new generations. No provision excludes refunds or other remedies required by law.

Free previews

Accounts may receive three watermarked signup generations during their signup calendar month and one in each later UTC calendar month. Unused free uses do not roll over. Free access is subject to account and network safeguards, shared daily capacity, and a shared monthly attempt limit. Availability is not guaranteed; when free capacity is exhausted, wait for a later day or buy a paid image. Free previews do not automatically enroll you in a paid plan. The browser-based photo video creator is free and does not generate an AI walkthrough.

Your content and generated results

You retain your rights in uploaded content and authorize us and our service providers to process it to fulfill your request, store requested projects, handle support, and prevent abuse. We do not claim ownership of your photographs. You may use paid results commercially subject to your source-photo rights and applicable law. AI outputs may resemble other outputs and may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection.

Accuracy, housing rules, and disclosure

AI can alter fixed features or invent details. The automated structure check is a screening aid, not a guarantee. Compare every result with its original before publishing. Paid exports include a virtually staged disclosure; follow your broker's and MLS's actual rules, which may require additional labels or originals. Description drafts require your factual review and must not express discriminatory preferences or imply that staged furnishings are included. ListingProKit does not certify MLS, Zillow, fair-housing, or other legal compliance. The listing generator's advertising risk review is an automated second-pass screen for possible protected-class language, unsupported claims, and basic formatting risks. It does not load your MLS rulebook, verify supplied facts, or approve edited drafts; it is not legal advice or approval from a broker or local MLS.

Storage, availability, and service changes

Save copies of important work. Video inputs stay in the browser; AI uploads are sent to service providers. Saved cloud workspaces currently hold up to three listings with eight photo pairs each. Guest and free-preview images become eligible for cleanup after 30 days. Account work stays until deleted or a verified deletion request is processed, subject to necessary payment and dispute records. Technical interruptions can occur; see the privacy notice for details.

We may change future offers and these terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. Existing paid purchase terms are not changed retroactively. Material subscription price changes require advance notice and any consent required by law; you can cancel before a renewal. If we discontinue the service, we will address undelivered paid purchases and unused credits as required by law.

Responsibility and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service or a specific creative result. We do not guarantee that any system is free from security incidents. We use reasonable safeguards and will respond to a suspected incident, including notices required by applicable law. Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The business identity and support email shown above identify the operator. Use Support for billing, corrections, cancellation, or privacy requests. These terms and the privacy notice describe the service agreement; any required tax is disclosed before payment.
